"Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. "

"The host was super responsive, and check in/out was very easy. Clean and cozy, this was perfect for just me visiting some friends in Venice Beach. Waking up on the water and watching sunsets from the boat was magical! And it’s a great deal too! Would stay again."

You really can’t ask for much when staying literally on the water but I would say this place has everything you need to survive and have a good time! My girlfriend and I are boat regulars and will be recommending this this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean and different experience! Thanks to the owners! "

"Awesome experience overall. Location is perfect if you want to be right on the beach and in the middle of the Venice boardwalk. The rooftop was our favorite part with a great view and just a perfect spot to unwind. The staff was so great and friendly as well! I would definitely recommend "

"I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in an ocean front view room. Pros: -location -views -cleanliness -has netflix (living room area only) -basic kitchen tools for cooking/eating. -rooftop patio (very nice to hang out, watch the sunset and do bbq). Cons: -no A/C, so summer time you might not enjoy it. Although it has a ceiling fan in the bedroom, mine was a little noisy. -not soundproof, you can hear footsteps from the suite above and the noise outside the building. -if you like hot showers like...
