“We really enjoyed our stay. The cafe was amazing and we loved the patio area right outside of the cafe which had outdoor heaters and a fun kids play nook. The kids loved playing in that area. ”

“Nice clean quiet place. Newish. My only complaint is there was only boiled eggs and like two cellophane rolls and maybe three or four pieces of bread for “the included breakfast”. When I said something she’s like well it’s a continental breakfast. Apparently she has no idea, they have no idea what that means. We would have been okay with that. We went out to breakfast. For the price of the stay we did expect better. Best Western/Comfort Inn does. ”

“Cool old building with modern updates. The remote check in was clear and smooth.We received a couple texts from staff checking in during our stay, so it still felt very personable. Would highly recommend.”

“The Orca Inn is a good budget option when staying in Friday Harbour. If you are looking for luxary accommodation this place might not be for you. Interior is somewhat rustic and dated but it was extremely clean, room had a cabin like feel. Fridge and microwave were in room. Parking was also included.”

“We planned a short getaway to Friday Harbor with our two small children. I booked the room with the garden terrace not quite knowing what to expect. WOW! Although we felt a little awkward with the kids (most people staying there at the time did not have kids), we were very warmly welcomed by the staff. The garden terrace rooms led right outside the the lawn, views of the ferries, and fire pits. We were able to get the kids asleep and step outside to enjoy a drink and the fires both nights. We……

“The furnishing are a bit worn out but everything was CLEAN and thats the most important thing. The room was really big and beds were comfy. One bed had a traditional mattress and the second a foam style. The motel was quiet and the location was perfect for a longer stay in Anacortes or if jumping on a ferry in the morning. Would stay again”
