Beautiful property. Definitely need a car as nothing is near by. The diner around the corner is only open friday to sunday. The small eatery inside the property is only open thursday to sunday. Aside from that. It is a beautiful stay. If you have a car Definitely stay here

Lovely apartment
Carlos was a great host, with easy communication throughout our stay. The apartment complex is really nice, with a quiet and pretty beach at the end and a variety of pools to choose from. There’s very little to walk to from the complex, so driving is necessary to get anywhere including places to eat most of the time, but that was fine. Lots of good restaurants are an easy 15-20 minute drive away. Thanks, Carlos!

Family Vacation
We very much enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were perfect for us, it was quiet and family friendly, and the balcony was great for relaxing on to eat ice cream or watch the kids in the pool. It was clean and we had the linens and kitchen things we needed. My kids loved the pools, but it would have been nice if more of the water cannons were maintained since the ones near our location didn't work and we had to move to a different pool to find some that functioned.

Loved that we had all the extras, like beach chairs and towels. More then enough in the kitchen to cook a nice breakfast or lunch before we explored for the day. Felt very safe with the security.

Property was nice, grounds were kept up well. Mini golf course was horrible! Needs complete redo. Lots of pools and playgrounds but desperately need about 100 more lounge chairs!!! Security was very tight which was good. It was quiet. Carlos was very quick to fix our issues like mold in the apartment. Wicker furniture not terribly comfortable but beds were.

Family vacation in Paradise
We had a lovely time in Puerto Rico. The condo was very comfortable and the resort amenities were great. Carlos was a fine host and answered out questions quickly. His restaurant recommendations were a big help. We loved all the pools and would come again. It was perfect for a family.

Great Bang For The Buck
Our host was very good at responding most of the time and when we had needs he met them most of the time. The condo was very clean and cared for. There were a few things that showed their age and were a bit tired. But overall it met the needs of our family of 6. The only thing that stood out as a negative was that the air conditioner in the master bedroom was not blowing out cold air, only cool. So, the sleeping was not optimal. But I did ask for a fan and our host had one delivered to the condo and next day and that helped. If the air condition is fixed we would definately stay there again. :)

Very nice resort
We really enjoyed the resort and location. Nice grounds, pools, and beach. The condo was very nice with extra amenities such as beach chairs, umbrellas, pool float tubes. The owner was quick to respond to questions. Only down side was the cleanliness of the kitchen and appliances.

Great spot for 40’s + girls trip
All of the living arrangements were perfect. Beds, perfectly situated and wide open Spaces, we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at all.. even the bunkbeds had vast space. Kitchen and living room made for perfect social time for the nine of us girls We rode our bikes to the beach, instead of taking the tram, I think one gal did take it because she had so much stuff she didn’t want to ride on her bike. It’s wonderful to have the option. The air conditioning did break in the upstairs one afternoon. They came with fans, and scheduled a visit from the air-conditioning company the next day. The evening was hot, but the fact that they took care of it by bringing fans did ease the pain. It was 90+ degrees outside and all the bedrooms except one are upstairs…. So it was a hot night. We had a wonderful time- the house is perfect to ride bikes to Rosemerry and , Alys … which we did multiple times a day. The house is beautiful too. If it would have rained, we would have been content staying at the house. This group of friends goes to this area every year for the past 10 years, while prices have soared in the area, this was still within the budget for a girls weekend - so we got to enjoy all the beauty we have gotten used to with our yearly visit

The apartment needs a lot of maintenance done. good to start the owner needs to do something with the condo everything was old the beds uncomfortable and old the kitchen was full of little flys we got together as a family to watch tv and the tv had a red look throughout the movie the door to go to the balcony is broken you couldn't close it the person needs to do something with that place everything is old even the cutlery and the plates were full of grease but outside it was beautiful and the rest the only problem is the place where I rested

NO WATER
There is a water deficit and there was no water we lost our zip lining trip and money because we could not take a shower. I had to leave the next day and did not find a hotel room till Saturday night. Who becomes homeless on their vacation. The owner lie to me he told me even with the timing when water was going to be available. VRBO did not help us find a place we had to go hunting for a hotel room. My guest’s (family)who were arriving Sunday had to cancel their flight because we had no place for them to stay. Still waiting for my full refund. I will never book thru VRBO because they did not help me in my ordeal. Still waiting for them to get in touch with me.

Wonderful experience!
This was a fantastic place to stay. Right in the middle of colorful Loiza, but just a few minutes walk through the complex's pools and gardens to get to the beach. So many clean swimming pools, hot tubs, basketball court, minigolf, tennis. Little families were the other guests, everyone was very friendly and considerate. Very secure property, you need keys and/or credentials to get into the complex, but it is not at all the isolated, sterile, corporate hotel experience. Owners Gaudy and Carlos were so helpful and responsive, the kitchen is stocked with all the tools and supplies one could want: coffeemaker, air fryer, microwave, blenders, etc. and there's a washer and dryer. The bedroom closets and bathrooms had beach toys, pool toys, sports equipment, umbrellas, lots of clean linens, some toiletries in case you forgot something. The beds were comfortable, cool and quiet. The apartment is one level above ground floor, great for balcony privacy but not too many stairs :-) Small convenience store right at the complex gate was very handy. We stayed during an island-wide water shortage, and the owners could not have been more helpful making us aware in advance and up to the minute of local water policies, and they provided as much convenience for us as possible in the form of water reservoirs and store-bought waters in various sizes. I would recommend this rental 100% and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for making my German/American family's first stay in Puerto Rico such a beautiful experience!

Great place to stay
The complex was amazing. You must rent a car, as it’s kind of out their a bit, but worth it. Within driving distance of many of the attractions. The property is pretty far back from the actual ocean so expect to walk some. The beach here is pretty small surrounded by rocks on Both sides. So no walking down the beach. The condo Is right in front of the lazy river. Felt safe. Second floor.

Had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean and neat. It did have an a/c unit in one bedroom that diD not work. The apt did new a little attention (kitchen counter top and master bedroom sink) Power was lost for 48+hrs, which is not the owners fault. There is a convenience store located as you turn into property that had coffee and breakfast (delicious!). Cable TV did not work (for our teens! Lol). Beds were not the most comfortable and my kids reminded me of this almost daily for the first half of the week Pool areas were GREAT! Beach area is BEAUTIFUL!! Water was not crystal clear but was very beautiful and relaxing. We did use the put-put golF course, which was nice. There is a good mix of activities on the property (basketball, soccer, volleyball). Communication w the host was not as open as I would have preferred. I felt like I had to ask questions to get answers. I also am a person that likes to know all details out front. Carlos does respond quickly. While we were there he responded almost immediately to in texts. Also, it should be noted that while VRBO states that last payment is due by checkout, it was made clear that full payment is supposed to be made at time of check in. Makes sense to me and I thought it was odd, but this is my first VRBO rental. In the end, we had a wonderful time and I feel like we got a good value for our stay and we were all happy and very much enjoyed our stay.

Great First Stay
This was our first family trip to Puerto Rico, a 9 night stay. The owner was very accommodating and easy to reach. The apartment was a bit outdated, but that didn’t bother us as the property was amazing. Everyone enjoyed the pools, hot tub, and beach!
