Very quirky hotel. Nice to stay somewhere outside the normal bland hotel. Good facilities, cocktail bar, breakfast. Only thing that would be great is having a kettle in the room so you can do tea or coffee.

The rooftop tubs and views were amazing. The is only so much water pressure to the four tubs for each one filling the pressured is reduced equally. The hotel is really hard to find but parking in the parking garage and walking is best. Our GPS had us up and down one way streets circling all over. The hotel front is in the middle of the block ona one way street about a block from the parking garage. The far garage offers a discount, we learned after checking out. The rooms are artistic and have a cool feel to them but do not have an outside window which gave the humid air a heavy feel the night I stayed. The fire exit a beautiful marble staircase that ends at the water and coffee area on the ground floor. It is a beautiful location, convienent, and has an amazing roof top areas.

CasaBlanca is an aging hotel, but in a great location to walk Old San Juan area. The charm is wearing thin, with older, squeaky beds, sheets that don't fit, and outlets for devices sparse. However, it was clean and the air conditioning worked. The staff were lovely! Overall, OK for an overnight, but not for a long stay.

We had a problem with our a/c. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. I would recommend and if I visit Old San Juan again I would definitely stay here. It was quiet, clean and they have jacuzzi’s on the rooftop along with stone baths on the rooftop.

upon arriving to the hotel, we realized that we had booked the incorrect date, reserving a day later than our arrival. The lady at the desk informed me that she would have to get approval from her manager, who was not in that day to have the current booking refunded. l We ended up reserving with the hotel, directly, and paying with the notion that manager would review the refund. No one has gotten back to us regarding this refund even though Expedia has reached out multiple times. It was an honest mistake that could’ve been simply refunded as they did not lose any money since we’ve reserved that night. Anyways, please do not stay at this hotel.

We showed up to the hotel with no expectations. The longer we were there the more we enjoyed it, it's very cute, eclectic, and our room was very quiet. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate… There's a cute little bar over the one set of elevators and they have, really great restaurant for breakfast in the morning. Cool rooftop areas with stone bathtub and the other roof deck area has hot tubs with an outdoor shower. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a good time.

Nice location in the middle of Viejo San Juan. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities (rooftop/ hot tubs) were nice. We loved the view from the roof. The location is very walkable. The staff gave us good recommendations for dinner and drinks.

The hotel is in good location, for me just easy to walk to view around within the port, to Cathedral of San Juan Bautista (St. John Baptist), to the fort (Castillo) San Cristobal. The staff were nice, quiet area. Breakfast was good. Nice view from the 6th floor. - 1 thing we did not know that the price of hotel not included breakfast. The elevator is big enough, only running slowly.

While ideally located this hotel is very dated. It’s more shabby then chic. Front desk was nice. Elevator is sloooow, and at times was even working. Staying here did the job but keep expectations low.

This is a very unique hotel and we loved it. Our room was very clean and it was located in a walkable area with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. It was also surprisingly quiet in our room even though we were in the middle of old San Juan.

Loved this little boutique hotel. Great location and so clean. The staff was wonderful and the space was unique in its feel and decor. Loved the ability to have breakfast downstairs and Estelle and Marisol were two lovely servers that took good care of me. So personable. I will be back!

Friendly staff, and because we arrived early (10:00 a.m.) we had to wait a few hours for our room. Check-in was at 4pm, but a room was ready by 2:30. We got it. Very clean and great room temperature. Comfortable beds.
