“We planned a short getaway to Friday Harbor with our two small children. I booked the room with the garden terrace not quite knowing what to expect. WOW! Although we felt a little awkward with the kids (most people staying there at the time did not have kids), we were very warmly welcomed by the staff. The garden terrace rooms led right outside the the lawn, views of the ferries, and fire pits. We were able to get the kids asleep and step outside to enjoy a drink and the fires both nights. We……

“Nice place, clean not fancy. Too much furniture in main area. Clearly owners are DIYers. Needs some attention in bathroom. But for our short stay it sufficed. ”
