The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have hoped but we did like that it had very comfortable furniture. Probably the star of the property is the garden, pool area. "Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down...

"I booked this rental based on the pictures and then read the reviews later. I was nervous after reading the reviews bit have to say i was pleasantly surprised. It's clear that the owners listened to the feedback of others. And honestly you are literally steps away from the ocean. It's the best location. We woke up and watched seals and dolphins. The weather wasn't great when we were there and were so comfortable inside playing have and watching the waves roll in. Such a great trip. Everything...

Found out later that this was a hotel named Irvine hotel, which was an average hotel which Hyatt bought After the Covid and tried to upgrade it, but nothing to the standard of Hyatt. Very disappointed"
