“It was nice a small cozy house for four people”

“The home is in a nice location with easy access to most things. The furnishings were nice and the beds comfortable. The home itself could have been better cleaned. Additionally, there was no bar soap, shampoo or coffee. Upon rereading the listing, I realized they were not listed in the amenities, so that’s on me. I’ve just never stayed where these (at least soap & shampoo) wasn’t provided. One last mention is if you are getting to the house by gps be sure to note if it is street or road. We……

The main bedroom is dialed, the room with the trundle bed was convenient for my 2 daughters and I, plus the detached casita worked out well for my friend to have his own space. Location is the best part. Walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. I'm originally from Aptos so being right close to all the amenities was the goal and this house checked that box. Thanks again.”

“We had a wonderful stay here. 5 minute walk to the sandy beach and a 7 minute walk to downtown where there are restaurants and ice cream! I recommend sleeping on the sofa bed as it’s a queen. The main bed is a twin and a little small. Besides that, the place is great and super quite. Perfect for a couple or a family of 3-4. 20 minute drive to the boardwalk.”

They stock it generously with everything a good cook might want as well as with games and plenty of in-home entertainment options. “This is a lovely little cottage. One bedroom, very loved hide a bed in the living area. It’s clean and well appointed, and best of all they allow us to have our golden retriever stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Just a short little drive. Our dog got to run off leash at the beach, and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Manual’s Mexican restaurant, The price was very reasonable. We hope to be back.”
