“Quaint but very clean 2 BR condo. King bed in 1 bedroom, Queen in the other. The owner was super nice and accomodating. 5 minute drive to the beach. Taxi available at entrance of complex at all times. A ton of avtivities close by. Only negative is that there was no hot water. I think the water tank outside is heated by the sun, but didn't warm it much. AM showers were a little chilly....but we managed ok...one day in the sun and it was actually refreshing.”

“Overall, this property met our needs. The location worked well for the golfers in the group and is close to the small shops in the Marina and the market in the shopping district. It was very clean and it was so easy to get chairs and umbrellas at the pool. If we were to change just one thing, it would be the size of the beds in the two secondary bedrooms (they were listed as queen size beds, but to us they were not queen size beds, but standard size beds -- hard for two adults to sleep in for……

“Es muy tranquila tu estancia, una zona segura tienes acceso a muchas tiendas de autoservicio, lo que más me gusto fue que cuenta con estacionamiento y está controlada la salida y entrada por los propietarios por lo que hace muy seguro dejar tu auto ”

“Tucked on a hillside overlooking Ixtapa, the villas are a peaceful spot to settle in to after your day at the beach. Most days started with the 4.5 km walk in to the main market area near the resorts , along a biking/walking pathway between Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo. Cab rides home at nite typically cost 120 pesos , Rooms are spacious and beds were comfy king size. Owner and staff were quick to respond to any requests , including laundry if you’re staying longer.”

“Voy a demandarlos legalmente porque la casa que rente en ixtapa ya estaba rentada desde hace mas de seis meses y no pude ocuparla, tienen que regresarme lo que pague y chequen bien el supueto administrador que tienen registrado porque es un verdadero ratero y defraudador que desprestigia sus supuestos excelentes servicios”

“Hubo un mal.entendido con la reservación, pero afortunadamente lo resolvieron a la.mayor brevedad. Un tanto decepcionada con el dueño de la casa ya que nunca contestó mensajes, pero afortunadamente los encargados de la.propiedad atendieron de manera muy atenta”
