The front desk staff is Indian and quite polite. The breakfast staff does their job quietly which I found professional. Breakfast was pretty decent. They change the hot food sometimes but the choices you have are nice. There aren't many tables to eat so everyone is a bit all over the place but that didn't take away from the experience. The room was nice and suited our family of 4 well enough. It wasn't noisy at night and I slept pretty well.

I liked that the property was clean and safe and had good location because how close it was to my event, however the service was terrible, before checking out the employee came up and asked what room we were from and questioned us checking in because she wasn’t the one that checked us in. So rude.

Really nice looking hotel with comfortable clean spaces, delicious breakfast, and ample convenient parking. Unfortunately the sound attenuation between the rooms is the pits. Each morning and evening we could hear every conversation of our adjacent neighbor. It was like we were sharing a suite with them! But they remain strangers! It’s sooo unfortunate when hotel builders cheap out on construction materials.

The person at checking us in was distracted and on her phone; not welcoming at all. The breakfast was decent. The most disturbing part was the walls are thin. We could hear the people upstairs all day and night. It sounded like they were running a marathon upstairs.

I could’ve rated the hotel five, but the drawback was the thin wall and the floor padding. I could hear the conversations, T.V., and movements in the rooms next to my room. The footsteps from the upstairs room drove me up the wall. It was hard to sleep. The staff members were friendly, and the surroundings were clean. I stayed two nights but I did not request to refresh/clean my room. Instead, I just placed one full trash can outside my room for the housekeeping to empty out. To my dismay, the trash can was not emptied out. The day, I left the trash can was still outside my door untouched.
