"Overall great experience and friendliness. Had a great time and the manager was super friendly and the lady at night time was very helpful. I stayed on 5/6 Monday into Tuesday going to the Justin Timberlake Concert. We had a blast and got to sleep in a very comfortable room and bed! I forgot the manager’s name (she’s expecting) and the other lady’s name. She gave us recommendations to late night eatery. "

"Loved the area. It seemed central to everything. Room was clean. A little small but it was perfect for us. The staff were friendly and really valued their customers while they stayed there. They make you sign a contract with the understanding that there are to be no parties, no loitering in the hallways, no excessive noise and if you are reported you will be removed from the property. It smells wonderful in the front lobby as well. "

"My daughter and I stayed one night for a concert. All of the staff were extremely nice. Housekeeping staff gets extra kudos for having exceptionally clean rooms and each staff member said hi when we walked by. Best service ever. Complementary breakfast was very good. Lots of options eggs, potatoes, bacon, toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, donuts, juice, coffee and tea options! Dinner was a 10 min walk to downtown and SAP center was 15 to 20. Would definitely stay here again! "
