“This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The room was perfect and the grounds are exactly what you’d expect for Tuscany. The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. You do need a car if you’re staying here since there is no public transportation. ”

“The place was lovely. The check-in tower was cool and Francesco was very friendly and helpful. It was a quit and perfect place for staying in the hills in Tuscana. A short walk to San Gimignano. ”

“Tudo perfeito. Quarto super limpinho, lençóis cheirosos. Localização perfeita, bem pertinho do estacionamento P3. Ao lado da rua principal da cidade. A anfitriã respondeu todas as dúvidas e enviou todas as orientações para fazermos o self check in. O espaço tinha uma sala e cozinha compartilhada então pudemos usar pratos, saca rolhas, geladeira, microondas. Foi tudo perfeito, super recomendo.”

“산지미냐노 성문까지 도보로 5분이면 도착하는 위치에 있습니다. 호스트는 친절하고 정이 느껴졌어요. 실수로 문제가 생겼을 때 적극 도와주어 고마웠습니다. 비가 오는 쌀쌀한 날씨에도 방이 춥지 않았고, 주변에 수풀이 우거졌음에도 벌레를 보지 못했습니다. 청결에 감사드려요.”

“The host Bernadette was so helpful as to where we can take our drive throughout Tuscany since we rented a car. A beautiful and quaint place to stay. And you can't beat the beautiful views while having breakfast there. And San Gimignano was a walking distance from there as well. A town worth visiting. ”

“La struttura è bellissima immersa nel verde. Ma la cosa migliore è stata trovare Carla e Gabriella entrambe bravissime, competenti e simpatiche. Sembra di essere a casa. Carla ci ha accolto con un sorriso e fino alla fine non si è mai stanca di tenerci compagnia, trattandoci come vecchi amici.”

“Muito bom! Pontos positivos: a construção e o quarto são de pedra, é uma experiência incrível; camas confortáveis, quarto espaçoso. Pontos negativos: para banho é apertado; hotel não tem funcionários no período da noite e a região é totalmente deserta, o que pode causar algum desconforto.”

“Superfint läge, mitt på ett av San Gimignanos två torg. Däremot var rummet väldigt smutsigt, golven var inte rengjorda på länge utan var extremt dammiga. Frukosten var under all kritik. Den stod framme när vi kom i vårt rum i väntan på nästa dag... En kapselmaskin för kaffe fanns förvisso men o övrigt fanns endast koncentrerad juice på flaska, två inplastade brödbitar, honung och marmelad. Det var det. Vi rörde inte ens frukosten utan satte oss på ett café nere på torget - kan varmt……

“Il B&B è delizioso! Ti senti accolto e benvenuto dal primo momento in cui entri!!! La mamma di Sara e Sara sono state accomodanti con il mio orario di arrivo e partenza anticipando un pochino il check-in e preparandomi una mega colazione da asporto il giorno prima visto che partivo per il mio viaggio in bici verso Siena all’alba. Spero di ritornare... con il mio fidanzato visto che è un posto molto romantico e San Gimignano è incantevole!!! Pulizia, gentilezza, bellezza, posizione perfetta...……

Alessandro - the owner - could not possibly have been more accommodating! From beginning to end, he was responsive, kind, bending over backwards to accommodate our needs. The spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were perfect for 5 sisters to have their own space after a day of sightseeing! We flew into Florence, rented a vehicle and……

“Great villa and property that was fantastic for our group of 12, including 6 children between ages 5 and 11. So much for them to do with the open spaces, various games, pool, etc. I’ve stayed in Italy with my family three times now and I think this was the best villa and location for driving to many of the great Tuscan cities.”
