I telephoned the property prior to booking, the Front Desk Clerk informed me that a cash deposit was not required. Upon arrival, I was told $100 cash was needed to secure the room. Subsequently, I paid the rate Expedia quoted but I did not stay in the room. (Dirty. Infested with roaches. Lock on room door not secure). Expedia Customer Service Rep graciously added OneKeyCash to my account.

They don’t have daily housekeeping,( as is advertised in Expedia), front desk clerk so rude, Not return to this facility any more nor recommend it, we came to relax and I had to clean by my self, they must return the room charge

no microwave, no coffee maker, no mini refrigerator, no shampoo, hair in the bathroom, creaky beds - these are all little things. the main thing is that my neighbors didn’t let me sleep at night, I don’t understand why I paid money. it's the worst motel in my life.
