We recently stayed here for my kids's spring break. It was close to everything near Fisherman's Wharf and elsewhere. If we couldn't walk it, we could Uber inexpensively. I suggest you prepay for the breakfast buffer if you can. It's a real deal. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. The only downside was the outdoor pool which was too cold to utilize and no vending machines. The hotel did have a "convenience corner" near the front desk/lobby with reasonable prices. Close to Trader Joe's and Walgreen's. I highly recommend!

The hotel was easy to get to. They allowed us to check in b4 4pm. The room was adequate. But the electric plug situation was not. Only 1 plug worked in the whole room & it was in the bathroom. The USB port didnt work. I did let the front desk know. A manageable inconvenience.

The welcome was wonderful! The breakfast and service top notch! Everyone was so friendly. The down side was the loud renovations in the mornings on the building. Also, price quoted was more once there. Lots of extra fees and taxes.
