“Our stay was perfect. The studio had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect base for our adventures as first timers to San Francisco. The location was convenient, safe and quiet. Parking was easy. Stuart and family were wonderful hosts. We actually added a night to our original stay. We would definitely stay here again.”

“John was amazingly easy to work with and exceptionally attentive before and during our stay. For example, responses were almost immediate and wash clothes were delivered quickly. We were in unit 4 which looks similar to the pictures of unit 2. The building is newly remodeled with secure entry through two locked doors on street level. The kitchen was well-stocked with the unexpected ... coffee, condiments, paper towels, etc. Bathrooms were similiarly well stocked with soap, shampoo,……

“What an absolute gem. Location, accommodation, staff just brilliant. This isn’t a new property, it’s not boutique or flash BUT it is welcoming, clean, has superbly equipped kitchens and extremely comfortable beds. We loved our stay and if we are ever lucky enough to get to San Francisco again we would definitely stay again. ”

“Not sure if the write up mentioned it was a 3rd story walk-up, but it is; not a big deal except when arriving with bags. The larger forward bedroom can be a little noisy with road traffic and the 4 am street sweeping. The second bedroom is small with a twin bed. The place was clean without any issue besides the ones mentioned above. If I made a trip to SF again, I would not hesitate staying here again. The neighborhood is in transition (for the better) and felt safe while around town. Next……
