En general el hotel esta bien. Solo observaria que lamentablemente no hay agua para beber en las habitaciones y el desayuno puese ser mejor.

Our flight into Dallas was redirected into San Antonio due to weather and we were thrown an unexpected 16 hour layover so we found this hotel with very good reviews at a great price. Overwhelmingly surprised would be an accurate description of my thoughts about this establishment. First they had free shuttle service from airport to hotel that arrived within 10 minutes; arriving at the hotel the area was well lit, walking into lobby we discovered a cute retro vibe and the welcoming smell of fresh popped popcorn! Upon checking in, we are told that from 5:30-7pm they offer free snacks and beverages; Popcorn, Potato chips, Pretzels and Nachos w/ cheese, salsa & sliced jalapeños, soda, coffee, tea and each guest got a punch card for 3 free alcohol drinks: 3 types of wine or Bud light draft. The rooms were exceptionally clean and fresh smelling; beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable!! Unfortunately we had to be back to the airport at 5am and breakfast started at 6 we were unable to enjoy breakfast but they did offer us juice, fruit and yogurt for the trip. The hotel also has a secluded guest only pool that was very nice as well as a fitness room, though we did not utilize either of them. Only complaint at all was the water pressure of the shower was not very strong and rinsing shampoo & conditioner out of thicker hair was a challenge. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend and would definitely stay again!!

The lady at the counter was what made the first impression and she was wonderful. The breakfast was good room was nice and best Hotel experience so far.
