It was the worst experience ever. We got to the hotel pretty late, after being in the car for over 6 hours. Our baby girl had a context the next morning, that being the reason for our trip. We got to the room and our key didn't work, went back and forth to the reception 4 times and they realized that the key reader was not working, and they would try to fix it the next morning, therefore every time we got out of the room, we had to wait for the receptionist to come and open the door for us. By the time we got settled in the room was 11:00 PM. The bathroom was disgusting. We had to leave very early that morning and got back to the hotel around 7:00 PM. The key reader was in the same stage and they decided to move us to a different room. We had an event the next day so I ironed our clothes and hung them and when we moved I took the hangers from one room to another, I was charged $50 for the hangers, and even though I've explained the situation, they didn't care, the receptionist, Mrs. Sheila was very rude and disrespectful. I also got charged for the room we moved out from for not returning the key , that never worked to begin with. I will never return to this hotel .

As our staff has mentioned to you on multiple occasions the charges on your account were due to Missing Items in room. When checking the second room there were no extra hanger as you claimed. Unfortunately Since you and your family used both rooms instead of just moving to one you were billed for the services used. This was also verified by housekeeping and our on duty supervisor.

Windows very thin, so room was extremely humid the entire time. On the third floor, and could hear people talking in the parking lot. Homeless people wandering around. Staff, if around, we’re on their cell phones and standing around.

The lobby and main first floor areas are nice, but the the rooms need some major attention in regards to remodeling and repairs. Torn curtains, damaged light shades, drywall repair desperately needed in the bathroom, outdated windows and air conditioners. The pool area needs significant cleaning attention, we had to ask for towels every time we went and the garbage was overflowing. The lock to our door didn’t work properly so we were told just to use the interior lock. Other security concerns as well. We wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend.

EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR IS LOCKED and the people at the front desk could not open it!! Half of the rooms electronics don't work, The bathtub fills up with water when you try to take a shower and then leaks all over the bathroom floor and runs out into the entryway!

Dated or just poorly taken care of. Breakfast was less than expected. Food dried out at only 9am. Staff was friendly, though lacked local and even state knowledge at it pertained to your industry. 7 out of 10 overall.

Our stay was perfect. There was plenty of parking spaces, the hotel staff was friendly, our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and lastly breakfast was amazing (there was many food options - waffles, eggs, sausages, bacon, yogurt, bread, coffee, hot chocolate etc). This is our second time staying at this hotel, I would recommend to a friend.

Front desk staff all so welcoming and helpful, room was very clean and so big. Location of the hotel being next to walmart was very convenient. Breakfast options were amazing, bisquits and gravy are just the way to this southern girls heart. Kids requested we stay here on our next san antonio visit and im 100% that it will be.

My family and I stay at many hotels throughout the year due to traveling for my daughter’s volleyball tournaments. While staying here our truck was broken into (handle ripped off) and everything taken out. We have never had that happen to us before and we are in hotels at least twice a month. Another family friend also stayed here the same night and the exact same thing happened to them as well. I will NEVER stay here again and I recommend that you don’t either- unless you want to risk damage to your vehicle and theft. Oh. And the hotel also made my husband sign an agreement that they are not liable for any damage or theft of vehicles. Should have know then that it was a sign. Not worth the cheap nightly price.

We do our best to prevent such incidents from occurring at our hotel by providing 24hr surveillance footage, 24hr Front desk and over night security. Unfortunately San Antonio has seen an increase with car break ins city wide. Therefore our hotel has taken these additional preventative measures in the attempt to stop such incidents from occurring at our location. We apologize that you were a victim of such inconsiderate actions caused by others. We are especially sorry to hear of the negative impression you have on our hotel and that you will never stay with us again.We hope you find a hotel to better accommodate you.
