Hotel had ants in the bathroom and the bathroom countertops were not clean…sticky. I bought some cleaners and tried to clean everything but the ants came back. Not the best in San Antonio.

5/5 Excellent
"Beautiful property, right on the riverwalk. Loved the sliding barn doors and the decor in the room. Spectacular breakfast. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. "

"We enjoyed 3 nights at Hotel Valencia. The breakfast was excellent every morning, as was the service. We ate inside, but there is a nice area of tables on the extended balcony overlooking the Riverwalk. Our room also enjoyed an excellent view. There is also a quiet courtyard on the 3rd floor with a huge tiled feature with water streaming down, and a fire at the bottom. Very quiet and relaxing place to read, snack, or use your ipad."
