“Hotel was very clean and staff was excellent”

“Microtell Inn & Suites in San Angelo is always clean and comfortable. They have a great breakfast bar with waffles, cereal, fruit, and various pastries as well as coffee and juices. The beds are comfortable and there are laundry facilities on every floor, which is a bonus you don't get in other hotels. It is easy access to food, entertainment, and the highway. This is my second visit to this hotel, and it'll be my first choice when visiting family in the area.”

“Great service and staff had things ready for me on arrival. the breakfast was ready the next morning in a timely manner, so I was able to leave on my scheduled time. Security was present and thought for its location they provided a great deal for the money.”

“A little dated and could use some cleaning in the lobby areas but great place to stay and friendly staff make it worth it. ”

“The check in lady was not friendly. I hope she can find a job she likes. The room was adequate but nothing special. We will most likely go back to this motel.”

“Easy to match with expectations. Breakfast a little under par. Hotel is showing its age: stains on carpets in hall and in room, corners banged up.”

“It was fine, not outstanding but not bad either if I needed to be in San Angelo again I would choose this hotel for sure. Staff were outstanding though. ”

“Only thing that was wrong was there was food left in the refrigerator from previous people and the floor was a little dirty! But other than that was a good stay!”

“We enjoyed staying here. The facility was clean, the pool and hot tub were clean. The property was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations on local attractions. 10 out of 10 will recommend to everyone staying there. We return to San Angelo often and will be staying here again in the future. ”
