Poucas reclamações: o café servido pela manhã poderia ser mais forte (não um "chafé" - afinal estamos na Colômbia), e conter mais opções de doces. Pecaram um pouco na limpeza do quarto, não trocando o tapete do chão e não retirando a areia do piso do banheiro.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Boutique Casa Hendaus. First of all, the neighborhood is quiet and mostly residential. It's about 5 minutes away from the airport and a few minutes from el centro. We rented a scooter during our time on San Andres but taxi service is cheap and available. “Es un excelente lugar pero con algunos detalles. Si bien se entiende que está en construcción aún y que viajé en temporada meda/baja hay elementos que son mejorables. Las comidas a pesar de ser buffet son limitadas y en algunos casos reciclan lo del desayuno para la cena, como el pan, por ejemplo. Las gasesosas a veces están sin gas. El aseo estuvo defectuoso en los pasillos que se veían algo sucios y a pesar de avisar no lo limpiaron. En cuanto a atención nada que decir, el personal es muy……

“O hotel fica muito distante do centro, de carro fica a 40 minutos, o custo diário para locomoção é muito alto, e o quarto não possui frigobar! Não é um hotel que eu recomendaria para amigos e também não é um hotel para o qual eu voltaria a me hospedar! ”

“The property is very beautiful and set in an very picturesque area with great views. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The property is secluded so you require your own transport or taxi/etc to stay there. My only complaint is that there was no running water in the morning due to a fault which lasted a number of hours and meant that I had to use water from a barrell to wash etc in the morning which was unexpected and inconvenient. ”
