“Great place to stay in battery park. It’s just a walk to the ferry, ground zero and to Brookfield Mall. The staff are friendly and nice. The room is clean. Breakfast had a lot of options. I can highly recommend this hotel. ”

“Loved the old style, the jazz bar. We were told a car booked through the hotel to the airport would be flat rate w/o any other surcharge and was quoted $105. However the driver added tax etc and charged us $114. Not a whole lot more but was misled. ”

“Room is a bit small but pretty cozy, the only thing is that my room is on 2nd floor so the outside noises is very loud, you can just hear cars or truck driving by.”

“Overall, lovely room in a boutique hotel. I stayed on a Sunday, so the area was quiet. There were eateries within walking distance. Only issue I had was with the airport shuttle. I was too tired to want to deal with luggage and getting to the pick up point for the airport shuttle from the airport. And the shuttle wasn't available at 7am the next day to take me to the airport. I used Uber both times. ”

“I booked two nights in the hotel and pre paid already. But it was fulled when I checked in the night. They arranged me to another hotel around which I need to walk for few streets with my luggages. In the 2nd night, they arranged me the room with noise air conditioner when I moved back to hotel. Need to rearrange for another room. Also, the housekeeper open room door suddenly in the morning when I was still in bed. So shocked.”
