"We came into town for the marathon & stayed for 2 nights. The house was clean & homey! The location is great as is the communication with the owner! We have nothing negative to report & would definitely stay here again!"

"Everything about the rental was great! The check-in process was easy, the house was as described in the listing, had everything we needed, and was just a short walk to Salisbury University (we were in town to check out the college and surrounding area). The neighborhood was quiet, there was a TV in each room and a few games and books for guests. We would not hesitate to rent this property again!"

"House was very clean and exactly what was listed. There will be a hot tub there soon and I know this because it was delivered during my stay lol. Had a little trouble getting in touch with the property owner but other than that it was a pleasure staying at this house for it was 7 mins from where I needed to be for the weekend. Will be looking for this listing in the future if travel back to same place."

"We could tell this was a newly renovated house and that was nice but it's not quite ready for a large number of guests. Bathrooms were nice and there were plenty of towels but both upstairs bedrooms need tables and chairs - not one of each per room. The place sleeps 5-8 but there is only a little table with 2 seats. Nice that snack trays are provided but the cleaning service should be told to clean them. Also the kitchen needs a few items - mugs/cups for coffee - That should be a basic. How...

"Definitely not a family friendly place. Our first room that we checked into there was four of us. The bedding was disgusting. Went down to the front desk to ask about it being changed. She did offer me to check another room. I checked another room. The bedding was OK, but there was stains all over the wall. The tub itself was cracked, and the tub was not cleaned to where I had to wear flip-flops and just to get a shower would not recommend this place not the cheapest in the area. It was middle...
