“First the owner announces this property as a cottage. It’s not a cottage. It’s a two bedroom apartment with a yard. She does not mention that there are 100 steps to reach the apartment and with kids that is difficult to go up and down 100 steps This property is not safe for kids and the furniture is old. My wife had an accident at the hammock where she had to go to the hospital with a broken nose because the bar of the hammock hit her nose. There are no bars around the deck to protect the kids……

“This chalet was everything we had hoped for. The place itself is large and clean and very comfortably fit our group of 14 - We could have easily fit 18. We saw some of the other reviews but found the place to be really well kept and loved the rustic charm of the older style furniture and wood panelling. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and cookware we could need to cook for such a big group. The pool table was nice and we adored all the fireplaces but nothing beats this hot……

“Malgré la température maussade qui a été au rendez-vous pour la durée du séjour, nous avons pu apprécier le confort du chalet Les Acres Rouges. Nos petits enfants ont même trempé dans le spa et nagé dans la piscine extérieure qui était encore ouverte en raison des journées très chaudes précédant notre arrivée. Merci à l’hôte et au personnel de service qui a répondu à nos questions.”

“Our overall experience was great! We had a group of people who skied and some that did not. The trail right out back of the cottage was fantastic to hike along, very well groomed. To top it off we had fresh croissants made for us on our last morning. One comment was it was a bit tough to get to the hot tub through the snow on the deck/stairs. The check in process was rated lower as the app was not fully functional at the time, but Martha was easy to contact and provided what was needed via……
