I just want to say that this property went above and beyond for my wife and I. We had to travel to Sacramento for an unfortunate death in the family. They allowed us to check in six hours early so that we could immediately go over to the hospital to say our goodbyes. They also let us check out late and I really just want to thank them for bending over backwards for us during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anybody the customer service is top-notch. Very responsive to any request, they supplied us with paper and pen for all the notes we needed to take, the breakfast was delicious every morning. Again we want to thank all the staff at the hotel for just being top notch.

The breakfast setup was awesome/best part. The bed was hard and we woke you up every 30 minutes. It had annoying squeaky springs. So every time you turned you woke yourself or your partner up.

Very clean and nice room. When I walked in the tv had my name on it. The AC worked really well, so well, that I had to turn the heater on in the middle of the night to get warm. Restroom was very clean and neat. Very quiet, and lots of room and storage. Entertainment was good, tv had streaming services available. Very enjoyable and pleasant stay. Breakfast dining room was very well-kept and spacious.

This is a fine Hampton Inn like the others. Outside, however, it is dangerous. The property is between the highway and a homeless camp. I went out and crossed the street at 5 pm. Someone almost ran me over deliberately and pointed a gun as they drove away

Staff was so nice and welcoming! Gave us an upgrade for our anniversary. Facility was very clean. Breakfast was great! Furniture was a little scuffed. Homeless encampment right across the street was a little sketchy. But otherwise this is a great place to stay.

We found an additional charge of $50 up charge on registration. Supposedly it will be refunded in 2-3 days. Expedia never mentioned this charge. There was no receipt for the $50. Stay away from properties that insert this kind of charge after you have committed.

This is a new property in a great location for CSUS. Even though it’s sandwiched between the freeway & light rail, it wasn’t noticeable while sleeping. They even pack up to go snack sacks if you’re unable to sit & enjoy their delicious free breakfast. Will definitely be booking again.

Convenient location near the freeway. Entrance to the facility is fine. However, if you wish to return to the freeway, the exit is more complicated especially if there is traffic.

Newer property and our room was spacious. It had loads of plug ins for our devices. The beds were very comfortable. The room and hotel appeared to be very clean. Front desk staff was terrific. The sliding door for the bathroom was large, heavy and the inside handle was off its fixture so not easy to slide open once closed. Easy access to Hwy 50, but not really an easy walk to CSUS for some. It’s about 2 miles. We had a “view” room, but the view was the back of Grocery Outlet and a BART station, not pretty. BART made sleep pretty challenging. Complimentary breakfast offered lots of choices.
