"The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that is in walking distance to a lot of the restaurants and shops in downtown Decatur. It is very clean and well maintained. The backyard and deck were particularly lovely with all the azaleas in bloom. Nice to sit out there in the mornings and listen to the birds. Kelly was very responsive and helpful."

"Eagle Ranch Estate is one of the best family vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. First, there was room for everyone for sleeping. That is so important for a big family (18 members). The two kitchens and outdoor cooking areas gave us plenty of room for fixing meals and eating together. "It was a little confusing coming into the front entrance as the valet or front guy was literally yelling and rude even though we had no idea where we were supposed to go or what to do upon arrival.
