Welcome to Warnemünde!
Our exclusive and modern apartment is located in the heart of Warnemünde. The apartment has a TV, a cozy sleeping facility (incl. Bed linen) for 2 people (on request, children's travel cot can be provided at an additional cost of 10.00 EUR / night), kitchen incl. Dishwasher, stove, toaster and microwave, shower room (towels included) and a modern, tastefully furnished living area.
Restaurants, cafes, bars, casino, 5D cinema, museum, promenade as well as golf course, doctors, pharmacies and hairdressers are in the immediate vicinity.
The dreamlike sandy beach, the old river and the historical city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Some say it is one of the most interesting places on the Baltic Sea coast and others think it is the most beautiful seaside resort with special traditions that dates back to the 12th Century.
A parking space is available for our holiday guests!

Also in the autumn and winter months, extensive beach and coastal walks and pier visits in stormy seas are just great! Sauna, swimming pool and spa can be found in the immediate vicinity. A visit to the casino or disco is also possible in Warnemünde. There are good opportunities to spend your leisure time in a rustic, convivial, sporty or cozy way. schöne Tage mit kleinen Abstrichen
Tatsächlich zögerte sich das Einchecken, trotz wiederholter Nachfrage von mir, bis nach 16 Uhr hinaus ("der Hygiene wegen"), welche vor Ort dann teilweise zu wünschen übrig ließ, die Beschreibung "modern" finde ich auch nicht ganz angemessen. Alles in allem habe ich mich aber mit meinem Enkel in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und in Warnemünde sowieso immer;-)

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung
Für einen kurze Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet. Leider kein richtiger Tisch zum Essen da. Und der Couchtisch hat in der Mitte Löcher so das er nicht komplett genutzt werden kann. Zum Strand läuft man 3min. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.

Super Check-in nach Wunsch um 20 Uhr, Wir fühlen uns in dem kleinen Studio sehr wohl. Durch den Parkplatz und die gute Lage hat man alle Möglichkeiten überall schnell hinzukommen. Tradition bei uns Samstag Tanzabend in der SkyBar vom Hotel Neptun. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen in Warnemünde

Alles war in Ordnung, aber wenige Punkte nicht so. Bedauerlich, dass es in der heutigen Zeit kein WLAN gibt. Der Duschkopf fiel immer nach unten, konnte nicht fixiert werden. Zum Abwaschen gab es nur 1 Spültab für den Geschirrspüler. Toilette war sehr beengt zu sitzen.

Nervige Suche, dann aber schön
Das Objekt wird mit der Adresse Kurhausstr. 12 angegeben, die Nr. 12 gibt es aber nicht in der Kurhausstr. Die Nummer 12 befindet sich in der Mühlenstr. , so konnten wir bei der Ankunft und der Suche schon mal mit Rollkoffern im Schlepp die nähere Umgebung kennenlernen.:-) Hier fehlt dringend ein Hinweis! Quartier i.O., aber sehr warm. Bei geöffneten Fenstern ein Höllenlärm der Möven auf dem Dach, aber sonst war alles schön!!!

In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden.Sie liegt ruhig zum Hinterhof.Leider war die Ferienwohnung schlecht gereinigt.( benutzter Kaffeefilter in der Kaffeemaschine,Flecken auf den Decken auf der Couch,klebrige Griffe in der Küche, im Bad in den Ecken Haare und Fusseln) Schade und von Exklusivität keine Spur

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Fewo gut, Ort mangelhaft
Die Fewo ist toll und die Lage wirklich top. Nur Warnemünde kennt kein Corona. Im Restaurant....keine Tests....keine Impfnachweise....keine Madken und leider keine Hygiene. Dreckige Tische....normalerweise wischt man ohne Corona die Tische ab. Nö....nicht in Warnemünde.....Extrem dreckig dort.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns super gefallen. Klein aber Fein sozusagen. Zwei Kleinigkeiten haben wir vermisst: Staubsauger, Eierbecher. Außerdem hätten wir uns die Möglichkeit der Mülltrennung gewünscht. Alles in allem trotzdem ein toller Aufenthalt. Liebe Grüße

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Gemütliche kleine Wohnung, mit allem was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Check in und out verliefen völlig unkompliziert und problemlos. Einziges Manko war die Dusche. Der Duschkopf ließ sich in der Verankerung nicht feststellen und die Wassertemperatur wechselte beim Duschen ständig zwischen heiß und kalt, was sehr unangenehm ist.

Die Ferienwohnung bietet eine gute Ausstattung. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem. Einen Punkt Abzug, weil wir den Preis pro Nacht als etwas zu hoch empfanden für eine Ferienwohnung für lediglich 2 Personen.

Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Stadtzentrum waren sehr gut. Die 2 1/2 Treppen bis zur Wohnung anstrengend. Duschbad gut, die Ausstattung des Zimmers war mäßig (kein Kleiderschrank oder Garderobe, um Sachen aufzuhängen), ein Hochbett in einer Niesche, ein 40 cm hoher Tisch, ein Schlafsofa (gut), kein Stuhl oder Sessel, nur 1 Sitzelement. Küchenzeile gut und vollständig. Die Fotos von dem Zimmer sind irreführend.
