Huge. Walk to the water park is very far. They should invest in a shuttle to the water Park. Especially when the sun is hot. Otherwise very good overall.

Customer service is rude the hotel pretty the beach everything nice some employees from customer service so rude !

Lovely resort, people are very friendly. Only limitation is that there are not many dining options on site. If you go off-site to other resorts you need to book the reservations well in advance. Also the food is very expensive.

Absolutely an amazing vacation for our family of 6, there was nothing were disappointed about except leaving. So much to do, food was amazing, rides were super fun, beach is beautiful.

The property was directly located by the beach and was a fabulous choice for our stay. The restaurant within the hotel were expensive and the service was very slow. They all had waiting lists to get into so the restaurants were not convenient regardless of the price. We sat in a cocktail lounge for 30 minutes and no one approached our table. I finally had to ask for help to send someone to our table. But the food was very good along with the drinks, just the service was very slow.
