A good hotel but no turndown service in the evening

really enjoyed staying here - one of the most comfortable beds I’d slept on in the list of 5 Italian hotels stayed at on this trip. breakfast offering was also really generous and delicious. super helpful staff. the dyson blow dryer was a huge perk as well.

The staff really made this stay memorable. Every interaction made us feel like they cared about our stay. Could not think of one thing to improve on.

I loved this hotel. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, location was great and the customer service was incredible. I have no complaints about this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great experience in Rome.

Besides the room is on the smaller side. Everything else is excellent, specially their friendly staffs, always go extra mile to help us.
