We loved this place. It is a small hotel tucked into a larger condominium. The room was small but very clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable, which for us is the most important aspect of any rental. The staff was helpful and informative, but you should know no one is on duty after 4:30 p.m. (However they reached out to us a number of times about our arrival time, letting us know they could accommodate a later arrival.) We used the extensive Rome bus system to get around and had no problems. Finally, be aware that the building does not seem to be fully accessible. There are three steps up to the elevator landing in the first floor.

The hotel is convenient to attractions but sufficiently far away so that it was quiet. The lady on duty did every job (including cleaning) but still found time to help us. The hotel was clean and modern. The Wifi worked quickly.

Such helpful team on the front desk. Very nice rooms and comfy beds. We enjoyed the old style elevator. Nice area with local cafes (find the pistachio croissants) and walking distance into Rome and the Vatican. Thank you for a very pleasant and relaxing stay!

Rooms are clean and comfortable. This hotel in an apt building with other residents. The after ours door combination was tricky to work. I would stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we loved it! We felt welcomed from the minute we arrived. Joy made us feel at home and was very helpful! Room was bigger than we expected and to a really good standard. A little walk from the centre but nothing that would put us off coming back.

Good option for the budget and comfortable room
First of all the pros: this neighborhood was perfect for where we wanted to be. It is a residential area and therefore quiet, but very close to so many hot spots. We walked to the Trevi, the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and also was near the Colloseum. There were several cafes near the property that we tried for breakfast that were great. The room was large with high ceilings, the bathroom was clean and came with several large towels. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. They provided little slippers to use while there too. The beds were actually quite comfortable, and large. The cons: this is not a true hotel. This is a set of rooms that a company bought in an apartment building and created a lobby to connect them all together. There is someone present for a short while at the front desk for collection of documents and answering questions. Otherwise, you are on your own. A couple of the rooms had some problems, with leaking water from the shower and the toilet running all night. The other also had issues with batteries in their air remote. Neutral. In Europe it seems like they do not generally provide dressers for storing clothes, and hangers are scarce in an open hanging rod. Not the best when you have a long trip in the winter months. The elevator is OLD. It fit 4 people at once but with no luggage. It worked fine, but took a few trips to get everyone checked in and out with everything.

The Hotel was lovely. The receptionist Joy was sweet and very helpful. They let us check in when we arrived by 10am. Only thing was they change towels every other day but clean the room everyday. Location was great too. I stayed 4 days and enjoyed it. Room was clean too

Our experience was wonderful. "joy" was the name of our receptionist and she was the literal definition of her name. She gave us a map and recommended route to take in all the sites of the great city and coordinated our transportation options. As a result of staff like this I give my highest 5 star rating.

The property was very nice. It was clean and organized and they offer daily cleaning as well. Staff left easy instructions for check in and out. My only negative is that Parking is a gong show in this area so if you drive be prepared to pay 40 Euro a day for a parkade
