Not flashy but a great find for us. A short walk from the Rome train station. A free guided tour of the area with a local tour guide who loves his home city of Rome. Extremely friendly staff.

The staff and the breakfast make this hotel. The facility rooms are old style very small and need more attention. This is more a hotel for inexpensive tour groups.

Hotel has been completely renovated since our last stay 16 years ago. Wonderful, lovely breakfast served each morning hosted by a number of great people including Everson and Christian. Hotel is located close to the train station. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Do not stay here. Mattresses are terrible, you can actually feel the metal and they would not do anything about it. In the same area there are other hotel Moderno or Weatern that seem much newer. Avoid at all cost

Good access but lacks maintenance
Good access from train station, staff was good as well. Room was on kind of lower 1st floor, so i cant say direct access to lift was there. I used stairs all the time. My room door was wobbly, seems someone had a rough use of that before. AC turned off by itself every few minutes, that was big downside. In Summay, it is an old hotel, with some renovations, but it lacks maintenance.

Loved the staff! Staff were super friendy and helpful. Lots of nice reataurants nearby and the staff reco of La Famiglia restaurant is a must! Exactly how I pictured a true Italian family restaurant. After that it goes downhill from there. Room was stifling with no individual AC. Explanation was that it was centrally controlled for everyone and they had it at 24C and wouldn't budge. Also the WiFi sucked. If you need to rely on WiFi don't stay here. Room was very dingy and depressing. If you want a fairly cheap price cloae to Termini station and not planning on being in the room much like us it does the job.

The staff was extremely helpful. They catered to our every need and went above and beyond standard service... from the desk clerk helping us get our luggage to our room at midnight to finding us an electrical adapter to locating super glue for a broken nail. Wow! Just wow!

The hotel is older, but well maintained. Rooms are large and the bed is great, but only basic amenities, liquid soap, towels and mini fridge. Staff were great at check in. There are many restaurants nearby, and it’s very close to the train station, which was why we chose it.
