I was hesitant to stay at this hotel because some of the reviews were not kind. I had a mixed experience. Though I had communicated with the hotel that my service dog was joining me, I was informed upon arrival that I was not allowed to have a dog in my room (citing the hotel policy) I showed the desk clerk the correspondence I had with the hotel which did not respond to my email with any mention of my dog. Eventually, I was allowed to stay after agreeing to pay another 20 euros and leaving my credit card as a deposit. This hotel must have been an apartment building because the setup is a bit odd. Fortunately, I was given a clean updated, and very comfortable room that was great for the one night that I needed to catch my flight out of Rome Airport. If you get a single room on the top floor, watch your head because the ceiling is very low where it slopes. I had trouble contacting the shuttle driver when I arrived at the airport, and taxis were not available, but eventually, I got through to the driver. The shuttle in the AM came on time. So, make sure you have phone numbers for the driver before you arrive at the Rome Airport.
