很糟糕的體驗

訂房時顯示有淋浴/浴缸二合一, 到了現場卻只有淋浴, 到櫃檯特別要求更換, 一開始還不願意幫我換, 我說我不能接受, 櫃台人員才勉為其難幫我換了一間.
訂房也沒有標示spa水療服務的服務時間, 結果到現場發現只到晚上九點. 我們完全沒有享受到.
浴室設計很爛, 水容易潑灑出來.

Comfortable and Good sleep
发布日期：2018年12月27日 发布在：HotelsThe room is big and comfortable and I had very good sleep during my stay in the hotel. The staff were nice and the fitness room is excellent. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay here. Although the location is a bit far away from the city, you can take the metro to the Cornelia station, then take the bus 889 and 892 to the Hotel. Or there are shuttle bus from the hotel to the Metro station.

old and inconvenient hotel

The hotel staff taught me to take bus 98/881 and change to 571 to colosseo, however the bus 571 was no longer exist. Then he taught me to take metro and change bus back to hotel, that bus 892 only runs every 1 hour. Nightmare for the traffic. Wifi was very slow, facilities are needed to be renewed.
Yet the bed was comfy anf room was clean

Thank you for your comments, in which you drew my attention to your experience while guest at Crowne Plaza Rome St. Peter's!
We are very sorry to read that you missed completely to mention the last renovation and refurbishment in a new contemporary style of the lobby, reception, restaurant, relaxing area and the bar.
Regarding the location, allow me to put on record, that the Hotel offers a regular shuttle bus (1,50€ one way, 3€ return), greatly appreciated from all our guest staying with us. The bus runs on a regular basis to Vatican Museum & St. Peter's Basilica (nearest underground Ottaviano) in the morning (9-10-11-12) and to the heart of the city center (Trastevere) in the afternoon (16-17-19-20-21) and evening. Moreover 2 different public busses are available just at the doorstep of the hotel to reach downtown which is only 3 km far from our Hotel), or reach the nearest metro station and in 20 minutes discover all the main attractions in the heart of Rome. In addition Taxis are always readily available (taxi stand on site in our car park) and cost only 12 euros to get in to the city center.
We do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to our Crowne Plaza in the future and to restore your faith in the hotel and us.
