The owner of the property went above any expectation: kind, helpful, discrete. The place was furnished very well, anything you would want, with any plug adapter for any foreign traveler. I recommend Albis Room Guest House to anybody, especially because the location is also 5 minutes for the Fiumicino airport.

We expected a pleasant and comfortable stay here for our one night as we got in to Rome airport late and were heading out again early the following afternoon. While the reviews were very high, Roberta and Armando far exceeded expectations from the time we arrived. Extremely warm and helpful, they made the first night and morning of our trip very enjoyable and memorable. A fantastic start to our vacation. Almost forgot to mention: room and premises very clean and bed super comfortable, slept great.

What an amazing stay at Albis! Felt like I was staying with family, and the rooms are spacious & VERY clean/new/updated. Quick walk into Fiumicino - which is a lovely town. Lastly, we were given a delicious take-away breakfast for the flight home:)

Great stay to cap off our first visit to Italy
From the moment we arrived, we were spoiled! Armando and Roberta greeted us and treated us like family. They helped arrange us a cab for an early travel day the next day & made sure that I knew the safest way to walk across the bridge into town and explore. They even included amenities such as slippers - and fully stocked the fridge with drinks & snacks - all complimentary! The shower was wonderful - bathroom clean. The bed comfortable (and we are picky when it comes to mattresses); and I just can't express enough how much this was perfect for us. I hope that we get a chance to stay here again - highly recommend it!

This is my new favorite hotels in Rome. That says slot because I have stayed at some of Rome’s best hotels. The hosts were beyond fantastic. They made sure everything was perfect. This felt more like staying at a close family member’s house with a fully air conditioned and well equipped and stocked room. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10. Fiumicino old town is not to be missed—old time Rome. Thank you so very much and will return.

A good stay starts with people and we felt welcomed into this unusual place even before we got there by the owners Armando and Roberta. The place is close to the airport and a short walk to the very real community of Fiumicino, with a lovely promenade where the Tiber meets the sea, incredible pizza and fine dining.

Our hosts were absolutely amazing ,very kind, thoughtful and caring..Our comfort was clearly the top priority. We read the reviews prior to booking which in fact reflected our same positive experience.Every detail was taken care . Convenient and close to the airport for immediate travel was what we needed for a short stay. Very clean, with all the amenities you need. Husband/wife owners are very friendly and accommodating. Location is a bit random but walkable to restaurants. Great for a quick overnight before a flight.

Just perfect.
The best ever , we felt like family and know we will always return. Armando and Roberta care so much, it’s clear from the interactions we had from where to eat locally or even checking in is on our return home. One night Roberta did blow us a kiss good nite as we settled back coming in from dinner, was lovely and very comforting. The property was so clean and fresh, our room felt new and spacious, comfortable bed, pillows and all bedding and towels were of quality. Can’t fault anything, book this property with confidence, we will.

We made a very last minute reservation for the night before a flight out of FCO. We were not certain what to expect- not only were we very happy but the couple who own the property went way above and beyond. They were so gracious, truly welcoming and kind. The room was spotless, all the amenities we needed, very comfortable. We enjoyed dinner at a place they recommended which was an easy walk. They arranged our taxi back to the airport and it was seamless. We left for an early flight and she had a lovely picnic breakfast for us with sandwiches, fruit and delicious homemade cake. We felt so taken care of during our brief stay. We can't say enough how wonderful the owners are to their guests. We will certainly stay here again the night before an early flight out of Rome! Lovely stay
We had a lovely 1 night stay at Albis Rooms. The couple who owns the place were very kind and lovable, sharing tips and making a fantastic self-made breakfast for us to bring to the airport. Also Fiumicino is a terrific little town with lively and good restaurants with excellent seafood.

A hidden gem
Lovely family owned and run hotel. Such great people, helpful, attentive and friendly. Our room was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. My wife and myself slept soundly. I would definitely stay here again as suppose to the the multi national hotel chains who don’t care a jot about you.

What a great place to stay. Only a few minutes from Fuimicino airport. The owners couldn't do enough to look after us. Good sized, clean room only 5 minute walk from Fuimicino town centre with some great bars and restaurants, especially if you like your see food. Definitely stay there again.

Best Hospitality Ever
During our two-week tour of Italy, we stayed at seven hotels. Abis Rooms Guest House was, by far, the best. We stayed in large, fancy places in Florence and Naples, but this owners of this cozy place in Fiumicino made us feel welcome. They went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one, from meeting us at the car with and umbrella, to carrying our luggage, to providing a great room with outstanding amenities, not found at any of the other hotels. And the price was very reasonable. We should have found this gem sooner!

A wonderful place to stay, close to the airport, before an early flight the next morning. We were greeted by the owners, who ensured we had everything we needed (including a complementary bottle of wine and lots of treats!). They tried to reserve a taxi for us for the next morning, but when none were available that would take credit cards, they drove us to the airport at 5 am! Thanks so much!

The hosts were very nice! They made arrangements for the taxi we would need to get to the airport the following morning. They also gave us a very nice bag of treats to take with us in the morning since our early flight did not allow us to enjoy the breakfast. We would stay here again!
