"We have stayed at the pinnacle many times in many properties. This is the first time in this unit and we were so pleasantly surprised with how well appointed it was! Guy had all the necessities and much more. Many more pillows, linens towels. Great laundry room with all the soap and extras you would need. Juan Carlos was prompt, helpful and easy to work with. "This is a great location and a great property. Great balcony views and extremely comfortable. Less than 5 minutes to the La Palapa Beach Club and a small grocery/liquor store. Rob (the host) was always available and very helpful. Alfredo, our on site person was very helpful too. All in all, a great vacation in a wonderful building."

"We arrived to mid 80s temps, but a broken main Air Conditioning & a clogged sink in 2nd bathroom. We informed Sergio immediately. We are short-term rental owners ourselves; "Super Hosts" on a competing platform, & very forgiving. Serggio did not believe us about the AC & sent someone to check. This assistant wasn't a repair person. The assistant confirmed the problems. We asked Serggio when the repairs could be done. Serggio became unresponsive. "Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . "
