Niwot is quaint and walkable to small shops and dining. Lovely trees and vegetation together with unique art objects are charming. The Inn has log furniture and electric fireplace in the rooms for ambiance and comfort. Plus several common seating areas to chat, do a jigsaw puzzle or read/relax. "This place is awesome. It’s older so know that but it’s perfect, it’s aged like fine wine. Thin walls but they give you ear plugs which I didn’t even need Cute restaurant down stairs too and 3 minute walk downtown. Second time coming here, be back again !"

"I would suggest monitoring the parking --people were taking up two spaces with sloppy parking, really inconveniencing the other guests. Also I would have loved to have breakfast start a half hour earlier on both the weekends and weekdays. Otherwise, we loved it! "

"The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The pillows must have been memory foam and there must have been a memory foam topper on the mattress. I stayed for the Coeur D’Alene Half Marathon and this hotel was very easy walking access to the start at Mccuen Park and the downtown strip on Sherman Avenue. Breakfast was tasty and had a decent amount of options. The water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink was pretty strong. Convenient to have an access code on the lock on the door instead...
