"The hotel was great. There were two people at the front desk that were not polite or welcoming. I asked for a late check out and the guy put it on a piece of paper and when I returned the next morning another lady told me it didn't exsist and she would have to check. When I stated I talked to someone already she seemed less than caring to make the situation right. That was a little disappointing and very poor customer service. But the hotel stay was gread."
