Serenity Tiny House Cottage in Chester

This brand new storybook 665 Sq. ft. Tiny House Cottage sits on a meticulously landscaped private 2 acres of gardens and grasses overlooking Coveside Stables (Premier Equestrian Facility), 2 mins to the Village of Chester and 5 mins to the Chester Golf Club. This "not so" Tiny House has all of the amenities of home including air conditioning, a miniature wood stove. and base board heat. The main floor Master suite has a queen size bed with storage and 2 upper lofts each having a double bed and storage. There is a full 3 piece bath, large kitchen and living area. There is full wi-fi access and a flat screen TV, plenty of additional storage space and parking. When not exploring Chester and the myriad of South Shore options available, you can relax in a private back yard with screened in room, barbeque and gardens. There is plenty of room for children and parents to play in the front yard. There is a wonderful fire pit for those memorable starry summer evenings. You may help yourself to fresh veggies and herbs from our amazing raised bed gardens and our chickens will be happy to lay a few organic eggs for your breakfast. Your vacation experience will expose you to a unique luxury tiny house living experience at its best! Your hosts Sandy and Bill (retired) live in our home in the front part of the Serenity property and will provide as many vacation suggestions and directions needed to keep you as busy as you desire during your stay. We also have 2 electric bikes and kayaks for rental if you would like to bike on trails or explore in and around Chester on land or sea. If you enjoy golf, Bill can arrange tee time reservations for you at our incredible ocean side golf haven.

Serenity Cottage is a little corner of Heaven
Sandra and Bill are fantastic hosts, who have built and outfitted this tiny home with such thoughtfulness and intention, that it was very difficult to bid it goodbye. The Southern Shore of Nova Scotia is one of the most beautiful- and friendliest - places I have ever been. Im counting down the days until I can visit next. Or retire here.

Absolutely amazing property! The pictures do not do it justice. It is far larger than it appears and is beautifully crafted and well appointed. It is well situated to explore the south shore and is delightful to just hang out in. The hosts are very helpful and readily accessible. A total winner!!

Awesome time
We had an awesome time here, despite sharing it with Hurricane Lee. Our hosts, Sandy & Bill, made sure we were safe and that we had power throughout the storm. The house itself was pristine and met all of our needs and more. The hosts were fabulous people and we shared a fun bonfire evening with them plus many enjoyable conversations.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the immaculate cleanliness of the place. It was, without a doubt, the cleanest accommodation we've ever experienced. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the tiny house. Everything was flawlessly organized and well-maintained, reflecting the hard work and dedication of the hosts. Family East Coast Road Trip
Had a wonderful stay at Sandy and Bill’s beautiful tiny home. Made us feel right home instantly with all of their amenities. It was very clean, lots of space, beautiful outside spaces to enjoy, kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make meals. The tiny house was not too tiny! Beds very comfortable with superior linens. All fixtures & furnishings were modern & top-notch. Dishes supplied, Keurig & coffee too. Beautiful soaker tub, but not enough hot water to fill it. Ladder to loft could use some safety features (non-slip pads, something to hold into) and a coat rack and towel bars would have been handy. The hosts were awesome and the grounds were beautiful. We will definitely come back here on our next trip.

A small piece of paradise on the outskirts of Chester
What a wonderful vacation we had thanks to Sandra and Bill and their beautiful home! They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. Only a short 4 minute drive to downtown Chester, the house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Upon arriving we couldn’t help but be in awww of the beautifully manicured gardens all around the property. The house itself is beautifully decorated and offers all of the amenities one could ask for. The kitchen was clearly designed by someone who loves to cook and entertain. A beautiful dining room table seating 8, was the perfect venue for family dinners. Both bedrooms were beautifully arranged, spacious and offered very comfortable beds. The private balcony off the master bedroom was a wonderful touch as well. The outdoor seating area was perfect for relaxing and having a nice outdoor meal. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back again! Thanks for such great hospitality.

👍👍👍👍👍 This "BEAUTIFUL" home was beyond expectations. When we arrived and got out of our truck, the first thing we noticed was the beautiful landscaping. It kept getting better as we entered the home. This home looked fresh out of a home interior magazine BUT it was as comfortable as it was beautiful. Great little town with a ferry within a short drive, good restaurants as well. Rent boats and enjoy the water, go hiking, scenic drives. Halifax is a great place to visit and spend the day. You can't go wrong staying here. The owners are very gracious and their garden made me so envious.
