"We stayed for four nights at this easily accessible location in a very well maintained and inviting settings. They even kept the hot tub on and running so that we could relax immediately after checking in. Kitchen has all the appliances and pots and pans to enjoy home cooked meals! "Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Just a few things some outlets didn’t work and could use brighter lightbulbs. The hot tub was great, well cleaned. Only little dust I saw was in the very top of the ceiling where would need Atleast a 12 foot ladder to get to so it’s expected to be dusty some haha. The master bed was NOT squeaky. I would say the other thing that needs updated beside the light is the tv there was only a certain amount of channels you could watch and you couldn’t log into your Netflix...

"Everything was as described. Rustic and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Only complaint would be that the cleaning staff could have turned the AC on before we got there. Warm day, so it was a little stuffy but cooled off as expected. Well located and close to the attractions that we were there to see."

"The only problem we had was when we arrived. We had an extra long traffic delay in Chattanooga (traveling from East Texas), so it was about 9:30 pm and dark. We missed the very last turn to the cabin, but I called the host and she redirected us. We did not see any “Reed’s Retreat” signs. We did see an “Oliver’s Outlook” sign, but missed the one at the last turn. The next morning we saw the last sign, but the word “Reed’s” is broken off. I have no doubt, though, that we would have found our cabin...

"What an awesome place to stay! We are a family of eight and the place easily accommodated everyone. Age range from 2 to 38. It was clean, open and tastefully decorated. The hot tub with the views was amazing after the hikes during the day. The kids enjoyed the pool everyday and were able to spend a lot time in there with it being heated. "This is our favorite cabin out of all the ones we have stayed in. It was in a perfect location—close to Pigeon Forge but away from the crowds. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Sunny from My Smoky Rentals was responsive and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!"

"My family and I stayed at this cabin for our spring break trip. We chose it because we wanted to be in the mountains and not in town. We found the property to be cozy and clean. Our three kids (ages 8-11) loved the loft space and it worked perfectly for them. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and other cooking essentials. We cooked meals each night we stayed. It had everything you could ask for in terms of amenities (kitchen, washer/dryer, hot tub, beautiful deck for outdoor dining) and the check-in and check-out process was simple. I know there's cleaning crew that comes but I like to leave things how they were and you never know when you may need those things. But it's a beautiful clean place with a great view. "The cabin was cute but the hot tub was a cold tub. Emailed the owner and didnt receive a timely response (1.5 days later and we stayed 3 night). I ended up spending some time to get it going, but unfortunate. We did have some encounters with rodents but its a cabin in the woods. Beautiful views and was cozy otherwise."
