"the place is really spaciius and the room was not bad. however the building is not well maintained. e.g. the bathroom light was flickering. it only needed a bulb or tube replacement. the carpet was very dirty snd the room and bathroom smelled of antiseptic. the room did not have any clothes hangers in the cuoboatd nor courtesy tea bags or water. there was one towel in the bathroom and the water flowed very little from the tap. the flush needed repair. reception did not know about my reservation...

"Terrible customer service, when complaining we were made to think we were in the wrong. They didn’t clean our room once after asking/calling multiple times daily! The wifi is terrible/non existent. You almost gave my friend food poisoning from raw chicken! Nothing is good about this hotel, it stinks of smoke (even in the non smoking rooms). Will never come back, stay away from this place!"
