“This was a wonderful hotel to stay in. I stayed a week. My only concerns were 1. another patron was using an aromatic product that smelled like a skunk, but when I brought it to the attention of the staff, it was directly attended to; this was to be a nonsmoking facility. 2. the staff/manager spent the one morning I slept in speaking loudly/yelling instructions to staff with doors repeatedly closing (I assume the staff was getting room ready for cleaning). As my room was near the front desk,……

“Our room was not available on arrival. I was initially stressed, but the front desk was very polite and helpful. He gave us a better upgrade for our troubles. The pool was closed for maintenance which seems to happen a lot at Marshfield hotels, so it wasnt surprising. All staff was fantastic to us. The property is a little dated in some areas but clean and overall efficient on our visit. The rooms have very large TV's which look fantastic. Breakfast was the typical sausage/egg/waffle and toast……

“For the price of the room this place was great. It had everything you needed. It doesn't have a lot of extras. Granted it's not a five-star hotel but it had a TV, it had a makeshift fireplace, and a cabinet. It had a nice desk/table, mini refrigerator, microwave. The room was not perfect as far as the walls there's some spots that might need to be painted but to me that's nothing. The bed was nice and comfortable no lumps. Overall it was a nice stay. I would give this five stars. Not based on……

“Bathroom sing was dirty it has someone hairs. It seemed like someone shaved hair and it’s just sitting there. It’s gross!! The fridge wouldn’t close at all. The light is too dim not bright enough! ”
