“Inside the house, things were fine. No complaints other than the drapes in front room, and dining area had over a foot of material resting on the floor, easily covering up heating vents - health/fire hazard? Outside the house, the yard is in total disrepair. Steep porch steps with no rail - another health risk for elderly people like us. Nice community. Nice house. Just needs better care.”

“Overall a very good deal for the money. The house had every amenity for a comfortable stay including a large covered patio which was really handy because it rained several days during my stay. The fence surrounding the backyard appears to be held up by posts attached to the tree. It creaks and moves when windy. Also, the immediate neighborhood surrounding the house isn’t great but the convenience to other things to do is nice.”

“Place inside was very cute. It had some amenities that i was told i needed to bring myself. Pink mold around inside of door trim and shower head. Bed frames did not fit the mattress. Other than that the stay was good. Oh, was not inform asw to where to leave the key if nobody was in the office. If check out is at 11am someone should be there or have a a knowing place on or around the office door to leave the key. Would not was to leave the key somewhere and have someone trash the place.”

“Booked this place with my teenage daughter. We were staying in the area for Holo Holo Cali, a music festival held at the Toyota Amphitheater. This was an great place to stay! Close to where we needed to be for our show along with plenty in the area in the way of shopping. The home is beautiful, very clean & comfortable. The pool was the main attraction, hands down. We can not wait to return for another stay.”

“We were in town for a basketball tournament. We had two adults and six girls. The place is beautiful and looks the same as the pictures. Everything has been well laid out for a five star stay. The hot tub was a nice touch and the girls loved playing pool in the game room. There are some cute stores and coffee shops within walking distance and only a 3 min drive to convention center. Overall, a perfect spot!”
