-Unit has a balcony with view and stairs that lead to the roof which has a much better view of the mountains and ocean.
-Enjoy a night under the stars lying on the hammocks that are on the terrace gazebo. Listen to the sounds of nature and relax.

In this comfortable apartmetn you can enjoy a beautiful sunset on the terrace or you can watch the sunrise sitting in the hammock with a rich cup of coffee.

Quiet place in Rincon
Nice location, loved the view of the ocean. Reasonably priced, easy to check and communicate with the management.

Nice local place, incredible view. Apartment includes everything you need: bathroom with hot water, good water pressure, bedroom has air conditioner (other areas don’t have air conditioners), kitchen/living room has gas stove, refrigerator, dishes, comfortable seating area. Place also has outdoor shower, very convenient to use after day on the beach to wash off send and salt water. Beach towels, snorkeling masks (only masks) were included. Furniture in general very outdated. Unit has parking lot. Place and area safe, quiet, neighbors extremely friendly and helpful. Keep in mind if you are looking for “Hilton hotels” service, this place is not for you. But if you want to experience tropical “very local” islands vibe stay here. Several beaches around area, bars, restaurants within 5-15 minutes drive. We stayed for 5 days, will be back again. P.S. you have to provide your own toiletries, toilet paper and paper towels.

A beautiful spot to stay with breathtaking views. Laly was wonderful and available. House was rudimentary BUT you are on an island on a mountain in the Caribbean and had everything you need for a fantastic stay with super cold ac in the bedroom for sleeping. Rooftop terrace was amazing. Comfy beds. Would stay again.

Cozy! Very nice views, clean and comfortable. Didn’t like that we had very low pressure water since the night we got here until the day we left. Didn’t like one of the roads to get to this place. Other than that everything else we enjoy.

Excellent 180 degree views!
Comfortable apartment. Spent mornings catching up on my computer with internet access, drinking coffee on the top porch. Most comfortable bed - slept so well! Within walking distance to Sandy Beach, but would suggest renting a car to access other beaches and town exploring. Property manager responded quickly to any questions. Definitely great value for the location! Loved it 🤩
