“My twin sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We came to see horses and discovered just relaxing at the property was just as memorable. Mr. Cooper the Mastiff, and the schnauzers were wonderful. They're very well mannered and a joy to be around. We'd love to come back again and definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet, scenic and relaxing experience.”

“Great location! We went to horse races at Keeneland on Saturday (about 40 minute drive) and hiked East Pinnacle in Berea College Forest on Sunday (about 20 minute drive). Beautiful and so much fun! House was spotless and included all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive to all my questions; provided lots of tips on dining options in area. EKU is just a block away! Beautiful campus to take a walk.”

“The room was appointed nicely. The front desk was very nice however the woman who checked us in was pretty scary looking with piercings and tattoos displayed provocatively. Not conducive to what I’d expect for Marriott.”

“Definently will be coming back. Check in was easy, hotel was clean and presentable, the room was modern and cozy, very comfortable and zero complaints. ”

“This place was cute. I do have to give four stars, though. The wifi was not posted, so I felt I was bothering the host by asking. Netflix also would not work and the host requested I use my own; not a HUGE deal, but took some time. Lastly, this space is not a separate entity. It is exactly as listed, a downstairs basement - this could be done better. It made sleeping impossible because there was a family stomping upstairs. I notified the host around 5:30am who spoke to the other guests and then……

“It was clean and a good start for being in Richmond. Safe place to come back to while we were mostly out and about throughout the day. Great spot right off the highway. ”

“It was under construction so it smelled weird. The staff was very friendly and helpful and attentive to our needs. The pool and hot tub werent working. ”
