“This property needs more luggage carts”

“I was in town for the NCAA track meet at University of Kentucky with my two younger sons in tow. We drove 11 hours and arrived around 6 pm. We were immediately greeted and checked in by a friendly employee. We were informed of breakfast times and went to our room. It was clean and very comfortable. The TV is satellite, so the channel selection was a bit different, but there was a print out with channels listed which was helpful. The hotel was quiet. Unfortunately, our trip had to be cut short by……

“FYI, you pay a $300 deposit upon check in, and if you smoke in your room or anywhere other than the designated smoking area, you will lose your deposit. The room was satisfactory. Temperature control was easy to regulate, but was a little noisy (I woke up at night each time the AC kicked on). Service was excellent! We rode in on motorcycle and were given a first floor room so that we could keep an eye on the bike. Breakfast was surprisingly large and very good.”
