They do offer a half-hourly free shuttle service to the airport, however, on one occasion, the driver just decided to not turn up for pick up and we were left waiting for more than 45 minutes outside the airport!! "This is a hotel recommended by a cruise YouTuber. It’s not that pricey like the hotels in downtown but it is closed to sky train station allowing you to go directly to Vancouver downtown or to where the cruse ships are within 30 minutes. The hotel is closed to a few shopping centers with good selections of food and markets. The facility is clean and staffs are friendly. It also provides complimentary airport shuttle service. I will definitely stay here in my next visit."
