Cory was extremely responsive leading up to and throughout our stay, and provided an in-depth and extremely helpful video walk-through of the house and its functions. It was a little cold for us due to the only heat source being the in floor heating even though we turned it up. We had an unfortunate power outage that lasted the whole night so it was extra cold! "This was my first time using VRBO and I have to say I was really impressed with the accuracy of the listing and accountability of the host - she was communicative, positive and a pleasure to deal with. The lane home being very clean and welcoming, a bit on the older side but very cozy and warm (North Van can get cold at night) not to mention being able to have my dog there with me with zero fuss from the host. Just an all round terrific experience which I will definitely repeat if the need...

Spoke to property manager re a little bit more attention to detail re cleaning floors Under chairs and beds (we had small kids) and he was very receptive. I am sure it won’t be a problem again.
