“我們check in 了，行李放在房間，晚上回到酒店，境然將我們的行李全都從房間搬了出來，又要問我拿証件和信用卞從頭再做，也不解釋原因，一定是他們的員工弄錯什麼，後來覺得犯錯，補上一天的早餐。我們因為趕住做預約檢測，所以不跟他們理論，真的很失望。餐廳員工只顧與其他人傾計，等了10 分鐘也看不到我們要埋單。”
