“I rented this apartment for a trip to the caves with 2 girlfriends. We were pleased with the price and accommodations. We didn’t use the rock climbing walls but they were built for die hard experts. This apartment is not the Four Seasons, but does have 2 spacious showers in the bathrooms, and a kitchen stocked for basics. One bedroom has a window air conditioner. The main living area just in the door has an air conditioner and these two units serve as the main air. The back bedroom has a fan……

“We needed a place to stay after a show at Rupp Arena and this was perfect! Great location, super clean and it gave us that downtown feel on a quiet street. Will be returning!”

“If you’re a night owl and don’t mind noisy neighbors, this spot will suit your needs. Unfortunately we were in town for a meeting and had to be up at 6am. Since the downstairs tenants stayed up until 1:30am, we didn’t get much sleep. The apartment is just like the pictures though—very clean and updated. The mattresses are comfortable. The kitchen is great with everything you need to cook if you choose. One suggestion for the owner might be to add a path to the staircase so your guests don’t have……

“Perfectly good spot for a weekend if you’ll be out and about. It’s an older home, apt is up a couple flights of stairs, but we had nice beds and kitchen had everything we needed. It’s in a “mixed” neighborhood (some good, some a little sketch). We’d suggest driving or ubering to get around instead of walking. We were there to visit our college students and tailgate, so it was basically our crash pad.”

“We had a wonderful girls weekend here. The decor, amenities, and communication with the host was terrific. There was noise from the tenants upstairs late one night and early one morning. It didn’t ruin our stay but if you are a very light sleeper be aware. The bed in the back bedroom was too soft for me and had a gully down the middle. My friend was very comfortable in the front bedroom.”

“Great location! We went to horse races at Keeneland on Saturday (about 40 minute drive) and hiked East Pinnacle in Berea College Forest on Sunday (about 20 minute drive). Beautiful and so much fun! House was spotless and included all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive to all my questions; provided lots of tips on dining options in area. EKU is just a block away! Beautiful campus to take a walk.”
