The room was good. Comfortable bed, frig, hdtv, excellent WiFi, clean and operable bathroom, good size, and nice mountain view. The casino was as expected — garish and noisy.

My room was on the 10th floor. Not sure if there was a ventilation system nearby but it was so loud I could not sleep. The hum was considerate and got louder as the night progressed.

I was over charged $86.. Spoke with Expedia many of times and they said I need to be refunded at the hotel the hotel said it was Expedia’s fault I probably spent 34 hours too much on this. But be careful the price they promise you on Expedia isn’t always honored at the hotel.

Good restaurant choices. Short walk from Amtak station, but only during the day. Once at casino, all needs met. Air filtration appears to be much improved compared to years ago.
Room was over priced. 700.00 for a king smoking room.The staff use to be very friendly. Not so much anymore. The food at the bre brothers was good and millies was very good.

Adrian at the bar was the best, calm, cool and aware! Made great drinks for my wife and I while i played poker but also i watched how he handled other walk up clients. Legendary
Overall it was a decent stay. The friendly was staff, and a good variety of dinning and shopping
I'm taking a few points off for cleanliness of our room: there were pieces of candy on the floor, the bathroom had a musky smell, and hair strands in the shower/tub.

Staff were great, the room and property were clean, the parking garage was a little dirty and did not seem like it had any hotel security monitoring. My room smelled a little funky, but it was not something I had tried to get the staff to assist with (like change rooms) so not sure if another room would have had the same issue or if they would have been accommodating in my request.

Well it took me 2 hours to check in because eldorado doesn’t do split payment or cash but fast food restaurants can which makes no sense. And what made me mad, I brought my Xbox 1 to watch movies and play video games I couldn’t even use it on the tv so I had to bring my own tv, and no microwave are you serious how are we supposed to heat up the food and the restaurant In the casino are so expensive I’m not going to eat there

I reserved a room with a king bed, and we received a room with two queen beds instead. No explanation why we didn't get the room requested.

Was disappointed that after a 20 minute wait was told I could not use a luggage cart and had to wait for the bell man to be free, another half hour. We made multiple trips and carried our bags

The hotel is fine but a little worn in both the common areas and rooms. Workout room is
very small with limited equipment but okay because I was alone. More than two people would be a crowd.The La Strada restaurant is very good and priced accordingly (high). The area around the hotel is a bit seedy, but that’s Downtown Reno overall.

We already paid for the more expensive room on a Friday, the check in agent remarked on my tired face and red eyes. It’s shameless that they would do that! The keys to the room did not work, so my husband with a bad back had to stand in the hallway at the room door while I went back to the front desk for them to make new keys. THEY KNEW THE KEYS WOULD NOT WORK BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY HAVE NEW SYSTEMS AND IT HAS BEEN A PROBLEM! So why not use the new systems to code the keys in the first place-again after we paid an additional $30 to check in 30 minutes early! The size of the room is adequate for our family of 3, there is a coffee maker and a mini fridge. No microwave. The room was sufficiently clean except for the used K Cup pod in the coffee maker this morning. The shower does not get hot just very warm. The AC/heater only has one fan setting. The towels are not soft and luxurious, the beds are way too soft and not supportive at all in the “Premium room 1119.” The “view” is the parking structure and the hotel across the street. This room has a small sitting area with two chairs and a table by the window that overlook the neon pink outlined parking garage. The pool was closed. Not a first choice for a future stay but we are here for the quick walking convenience to the Reno Event Center.
