"Guests above us walked throughout the night and very loud. Hot tub cold. Overheated? Recurring problem? The gentleman at the front desk 6/2/24 approx 1pm was professional, refunded parking fee for the inconvenience. I will give the property another try. The view not wonderful, see freeway but didn't hear the traffic, and river conduit. Evidence of homeless encampment on the opposite side of acqueduct, not on property. "
