Excellent location, room was clean and per our expectations from Hyatt. Staff needs a special mention - from Valet attendants, dining room staff, security staff, reception especially Vanessa went above and beyond to make our staff comfortable. It’s rare to find such pleasing staff at any hotels these days - they just make your stay 10x comfortable with their smiles and helpful nature. Thank you folks ! Next time, it’s Hyatt Place again.

Can I give the staff of this hotel SIX stars? They were so completely polite and helpful and friendly...beyond anything we have experienced before! We had a delightful stay, and hope to return soon.
